With a completely integrated manufacturing unit, Sands Synergy (P) Limited is a composite factory nested in the well-known manufacturing hub of Navi Mumbai. Our religious adherence to TQM (Total Quality Management) gives us expertise in different sections, and makes it possible for us to follow up production and quality control through state of the art technology and unique manufacturing systems. With a facility spread over 25,000 square feet, we have different floors dedicated to different processes, where we house updated, contemporary machines used in the different stages of sustainable garment manufacturing.
With an all-encompassing factory set-up for cutting, sewing, washing, finishing & embroidery all under ‘One Roof’, Sands Synergy (P) Limited works at a current production capacity of 1 million units a month and is gearing up to accomplish a capacity of 2 million units of fashion garments across all categories (men, women & kids ) by early 2022.
Sands Synergy (P) Limited has its own Design Studio with a Complete Sampling Unit, used by our in-house designers to develop the line for the season. Keeping pace with the ever changing trends in fashion, we develop a wide array of products at par with the latest international trends, while also catering to the needs of the domestic market. Our design studio is witness to some of the most interesting conversations and elevating decisions between our customers and us.
